Vice President Sales (m/f/d) North America
Tasks
Full responsibility for the sales business in the North America
Provide dynamic and positive leadership to a medium-sized team
Management and further development of direct sales networks, distribution channels and sales reps
Development and implementation of the regional sales strategy for a continuing profitable growth
Growing the market share and turnover of the current business with focus on the major target industries like industrial automation, automotive, intralogistics, packaging, and robotics
Manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts personally
Requirements
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration
Long-term experience in sales and key account management with documented success
Good knowledge in the field of selling industrial automation components and solutions
Leadership experience at an industrial company in the US
Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and hands-on-mentality
Trustworthy person living in the United States preferably in the Great Lakes region
This role requires willingness to travel (appr. 30-50%)
