Your Tasks
Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements in relation with the ERP system
Thoroughly analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Serve as the crucial link between business departments to ensure transparency and alignment with business expectations; organize and lead ad hoc workshops to elicit and structure information as needed
Evaluate and participate in the selection of cutting-edge technology solutions that support business objectives while staying abreast of the latest industry trends
Conduct and coordinate comprehensive user testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field
strong experience in ERP (such as SAP, Oracle or D365)
Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience leading organizations through significant technological and process changes
Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
