entities to ensure alignment with business objectives* Support the implementation of the Group Solution in
our branches; organize workshops as needed to facilitate
adoption* Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely
with local teams, assessing how the group solution can
be adapted or optimized for each location* Conduct and coordinate user testing to ensure the
solutions meet business requirements* Facilitate change management efforts to prepare
stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live
support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as
neededYour Profile* Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in
Information Systems or a related field, with solid
experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business
Central* Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution
across international locations* Familiarity with change management principles, with
experience supporting organizations through
technological and process transitions* Excellent English and good German skills; any
additional language is a plus* Willingness to travel internationally, with
approximately 40% travel expected to support global
