Information Technology Innsbruck, Austria Professionals, Full-Time 38.5 h , Permanent Apply Now Your Tasks Act as the link between the IT department and our entities to ensure alignment with business objectives Support the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches; organize workshops as needed to facilitate adoption Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely with local teams, assessing how the group solution can be adapted or optimized for each location Conduct and coordinate user testing to ensure the solutions meet business requirements Facilitate change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field, with solid experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business Central Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions Excellent English and good German skills; any additional language is a plus Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 40% travel expected to support global rollouts Please apply in English!
