Chief Investment Officer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in vessels, ports, and logistics assets
• Build and maintain advanced financial models and market analyses
• Originate and structure shippingfinancetransactions (loan leasing, ECA, S&LB solutions)
• Conduct due diligence, cash-flow, and asset value assessments
• Design and negotiate collateral structures and covenants
• Manage approval processes,loandisbursements, and post-loan monitoring
• Track freight market and asset value cycles to support investment decisions

Your Profile

• First experience in maritime asset financing and investment
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Proven deal execution experience within maritime industries (vessels, ports & terminals)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solid network and access to private equity investors and ship financing institutions
• Strategic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
