Our .NET and game dev tools include ReSharper (an extension for Microsoft Visual Studio also available for VSCodelike editors), Rider (a standalone crossplatform .NET and game dev IDE), and a suite of profiling and code analysis tools like dotCover, dotMemory, dotTrace, and dotPeek.

In addition to individual tools, JetBrains offers development packages like dotUltimate, designed specifically for the .NET market. As we aim to expand further into the B2B space, were looking for a product manager who can deeply understand the needs of this segment and collaborate across products and teams to deliver real value to our business clients. This role is pivotal, requiring strong crossfunctional alignment, team collaboration, and a primary focus on prioritizing customer needs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the product discovery process to validate productmarket fit, using insights from user research, usage data, and collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct the necessary UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions.
• Identify the product metrics needed to monitor success and make datadriven decisions.
• Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses.
• Put the customer first and the product second. Youll prioritize addressing the needs and the pain points of the target audience.
• Define and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses shortterm and longterm goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to clearly define problems and assist with solution design, delivery, and iteration.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, and marketing and growth teams.
• Cooperate with the authors of thirdparty libraries, frameworks, and tools.
• Continuously explore potential partnership opportunities and drive thoughtfully selected ones.

• Have a technical education or experience in software development.
• Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B solutions.
• Have a deep understanding of product metrics.
• Are familiar with programming languages and modern software development practices.
• Have a proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Have experience working with technical products and engineeringheavy teams.
• Have a track record of customercentric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities.
• Are proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Are able to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.

We'd be especially thrilled if you:

• Have professional experience writing code in C#.
• Have a background in developer tooling. Whether its IDEs, code analysis, CI/CD, or version control, you understand the landscape and have worked on products built for developers.
• Are familiar with major software development platforms, including experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, VS Code, or similar environments.
