Sales Director, E-Commerce Channel DACH (m/f/d) fixedterm contract

Are you an experienced leader, ready to head up our ECommerce channel and craft future ECommerce B2B Sales in the EUC Business Unit (DACH) for the LEGO Group? We are looking for a strong personality, with energy and drive, great leadership skills and a clear vision of how to impact the sales agenda in DACH and beyond. You will be an important voice of the Europe Central (EUC) Leadership Team as well as the Sales Leadership Team and will have responsibility for building and maintaining partnerships and creating joint value to drive business growth.

This position is on a fixedterm contract basis until the end of December 2026. It will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich, and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered. The closing date for applications is Friday 31st October 2025.

Core Responsibilities

  • Continue to develop the LEGO business in the B2B ECommerce channel in a strategic and sustainable way, driving success with the top strategic customers.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for ECommerce, ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.
  • Provide channel inputs into the Business Unit's annual business planning and channel strategy planning.
  • Lead, empower and develop a team of 12 professionals covering different levels of scope and areas of responsibility.
  • Upskill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the ECom sales function and drive innovation by scouting businesschanging trends and working with partners to actively impact change in the retail landscape.
  • Drive customer value proposition, engage with key customers, and develop strong relationships.
  • Lead the strategic joint business agenda with customers, develop annual business plans and manage inyear negotiations and coursecorrection plans.
  • Lead integration between key eretailers, partners (vendor), and internal stakeholders to drive effective and constructive collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial frontline roles, including some in ECommerce, P&L management experience and proven negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience managing a complex B2B eCommerce retail landscape, with a strong understanding of key dependencies.
  • Skilled in developing tailored, highimpact strategies for individual accounts to drive sustainable growth and ensure longterm success.
  • Proven team leadership experience and success in developing people and digital savviness.
  • Extensive experience in driving commercial planning and management, valuebased selling, mutual revenue and profit growth, consistent brand execution and joint business planning.
  • Strong digital marketing and/or technology experience.
  • Experience working with ECommerce platforms and marketplaces as well as experience implementing technology solutions & ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
