At Coresystems, we’re transforming customer service with Insight Loop, our AI-powered platform launched in 2023, and we need a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
This role is critical to our growth, and you’ll be on the front lines, making (cold) calls, sending emails, and using social media to connect with C-level executives and key decision-makers across industries like discrete manufacturing, medical equipment, and energy/utilities.
As we expand in the European market, you’ll play a key role in building a pipeline for our sales team to grow Insight Loop into a global success.
Tasks Be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving lead generation and qualification Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, Linked In) to engage C-level executives and decision-makers Cold call and conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess their needs Nurture leads with consistent and valuable communication to move them through the pipeline Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to close deals Document all interactions and updates in CRM to keep an accurate pipeline Research target companies and identify decision-makers at the executive level Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, engagement, and lead conversion Requirements Fluent in English & German (C1/C2), both written and verbal Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects on the phone and via email Resilience and persistence in cold calling and outreach—youre not afraid of r ejection! Strong research skills to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations Self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks Curiosity and eagerness to learn about B2 B Saa S solutions and AI technologies Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in B2 B sales or a related customer-facing role Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field Familiarity with the Saa S or technology industry Benefits Join us on an exciting journey as we revolutionize customer service through AI.
