Der/Die Regionale Medical Affairs Manager (MSL) (m/w/d) fr die Region Ost (Rostock, Berlin, Dresden, Fulda, Wolfsburg) ist im Therapiegebiet Pneumologie mit Fokus auf Chronic Cough (chronischer Husten) die entscheidende Schnittstelle von GSK zu nationalen und regionalen externen Experten. Er/Sie verantwortet die Umsetzung der entwickelten medizinischen Strategie in seiner/ihrer Region mit dem Ziel, die Patientenversorgung im Therapiegebiet zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig trgt er/sie durch die Generierung und Weiterleitung von Erkenntnissen aus dem Indikationsfeld zur wissenschaftlichen Evidenz, Verbesserung der regionalen Versorgungssituation und zur internen medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Planung bei.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten, Prfrzten und Studiengruppen. Fhren eines evidenzbasierten, ausgewogenen, medizinisch-wissenschaftlich geprgten Dialogs mit nationalen/regionalen externen Experten und anderen Angehrigen des Gesundheitswesens mit dem Ziel, die Patientenversorgung nachhaltig zu verbessern.
• Erstellung einer prospektiven, regionalen Omnichannel Strategie unter Bercksichtigung von digitalen Kanlen.
• Kompetente und zeitnahe Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von rzten, Apothekern und anderen externen Kunden in der Region, unter Bercksichtigung des wissenschaftlichen Standes und firmeninterner Richtlinien.
• Untersttzung der Abteilung Klinische Forschung bei der Identifizierung und wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen von Studienzentren.
• Untersttzung, Organisation und Durchfhrung von Medizinischen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen (Schwerpunkt auf Veranstaltungen mit regionalem Charakter).
• Untersttzung, Organisation und/oder Durchfhrung, sowie Teilnahme an GSK-Advisory Boards. Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen inklusive Reprsentanz an medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Informationsstnden.

Anforderungen

• Ausbildung : Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fach (z.B. Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Facherfahrung : Wnschenswert sind Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, Vorkenntnisse in klinischer Forschung, Pharmakologie, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Indikationsgebiet Pneumologie. Kommunikation : Problemlsungs- und Risikomanagementkompetenzen, exzellente Gesprchs- und Prsentationstechniken, um komplexe Inhalte verstndlich zu vermitteln.
• Soft Skills : Hohes Ma an Team- und Kooperationsfhigkeit, Flexibilitt und Reisebereitschaft, Omnichannel-Kenntnisse und -Fhigkeiten.
• Sprache : Flieende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
