Legal Director

We have partnered with a leading player in the insurance sector as they look to strengthen their legal function in Germany and expand operations across Europe.

To support this growth, we are seeking to appoint a Legal Director who will advise on a broad range of German legal matters, including complex regulatory issues.

Ideal candidate would bring:

• 5+ years of PQE
• Full admission as a German lawyer (both state exams)
• Strong exposure to the insurance / re-insurance sector
• (Ideal) heavy exposure to regulatory questions, dealing with BaFin, Solvency II, etc.
• International exposure
• Fluent in English
