Your Mission

As the Head of Marketing at enmacc, your primary mission is to be the strategic and creative force that elevates our marketing efforts and drives scalable revenue. You will lead a dynamic market presence that clearly differentiates our platform and engages our Energy audience. Your core task is to inspire, align, and empower our specialist teams, ensuring every effort is focused on highimpact strategies and measurable revenue performance.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision, Alignment & Creative Growth

  • Creative Direction & Differentiation: Define a fresh, dynamic brand identity that is professional, engaging, and clearly differentiates enmacc in the energy market.
  • Strategic Coherence & Impact: Provide clear direction and inspiration across all specialist functions (Content, SEO, etc.) to ensure efforts are fully aligned toward shared goals and maximum revenue impact.
  • Focus & Prioritization: Lead with a strategic mindset, prioritizing and directing resources to double down on the highestimpact strategies to achieve focus and scale.
  • Rich Media Leadership: Drive the strategy for highengagement rich media content (video, interactive tools, etc.) to build thought leadership and digital experience.
  • Relationship Builder: Establish strong internal relationships to understand business goals, and facilitate collaboration and unified efforts. Be a thought leader and initiator who translates ideas into action.

2. Performance, Conversion & Technology Adoption

  • Own Revenue Growth: Execute the strategic plan to drive and scale revenue growth and adoption in new European markets and for new commodities.
  • Conversion and Sales Alignment: Optimize the entire customer journey for conversion and ensure strong, measurable collaboration with the Sales team to generate highquality leads.
  • AI Transition Champion: Actively champion the shift toward an AIfirst mindset by piloting AIpowered tools for content scaling and efficiency gains.

Profile

  • Proven Marketing Leader: 8+ years driving growth in B2B SaaS or online marketplace environments.
  • Brand Modernizer: Skilled at revitalizing brands to stand out and engage in competitive markets.
  • Inspiring Team Builder: Unites creative and performance teams with a clear vision and direction.
  • Strategic Operator: Expert at setting priorities and focusing resources for maximum business impact.
  • Digital Storyteller: Uses rich media (video, interactive content, etc.) to boost engagement and thought leadership.
  • AIForward Innovator: Eager to pilot and integrate AI tools to enhance marketing strategy and efficiency.
  • DataDriven Optimizer: Strong in Conversion Rate Optimization, analytics, and MarTech performance management.
  • IndustrySavvy (Bonus): Experience in energy, commodities, or financial trading sectors a plus.
