Responsibilities

• Lead the team in executing strategy-driven, data-based, and customercentric marketing campaigns.
• Allocate team resources to ensure priority adherence, timely task completion, and goal attainment.
• Optimize the strategic direction and impact of product launches.
• Support the narrative-driven global planning process to ensure a smooth flow from planning to execution.
• Improve the content strategy by refining KPIs, objectives, and guidelines, enhancing team understanding and strategic capability.
• Personally manage the implementation of key strategic campaigns.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of style and format guides.
• Foster close collaboration with related teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Campaign Management are advantageous.
• Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns (digital, social media, events, product launches).
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align content and campaigns to corporate goals.
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and resultsoriented, with outstanding projectmanagement capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
