Over the past ten years we have opened 30 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Italy and Belgium). Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence
  • Ensure smooth daily operation, creating a warm environment with a smiling, customerfocused team.
  • Act as a communication link between departments, ensuring efficient flow of information.
  • Propose ideas to improve customer experience and maintain continuous improvement; keep the venues rating high on social media.
  • Manage privatizations with professionalism and precision.
  • Resolve all customer complaints 100% during service.
• Performance Analysis
  • Manage consolidated P&L.
  • Ensure average spend per customer.
  • Alert and propose actions if the budget is not respected.
  • Optimise scheduling, adjusting staffing to activity while managing people costs.
  • Ensure monthly inventory is completed.
• Management
  • Lead frontofhouse and kitchen teams, setting an exemplary example.
  • Maintain a motivated team with minimal turnover.
  • Supervise, motivate, and help team members succeed.
  • Generate a positive, active atmosphere and transmit Big Mammas values.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to create and lead team training programmes.
  • Encourage participation during services, providing feedback on processes and communication.
  • Participate in recruitment, anticipate staffing needs, welcome new staff and optimise team structure.
  • Lead weekly management meetings, identify talent and nurture meritocracy.
