Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Du warst bereits General Manager in einem lebhaften, gut besuchten Restaurant
• Du bist ein natrlicher Coach du frderst, motivierst und feierst dein Team tglich
• Du fhrst mit Herz, Struktur und Vision
• Du hast starke Fhrungsqualitten und kannst Menschen begeistern
• Du weit, wie man Gste begeistert und aus gutem Service echte Erlebnisse macht
• Du sprichst und verstehst Englisch und am besten auch Ja Tak (das heit auf Dnisch Ja, danke und beschreibt ziemlich gut, wie wir ticken)
• Du kennst dich mit japanischer Kche oder Service aus (ist kein Muss, aber ein Plus)

Wenn die Einstellung stimmt, bringen wir dich nach oben. Erfahrung ist wichtig aber Leidenschaft, Positivitt und Persnlichkeit zhlen bei uns genauso viel.

About the Role

• Youve been a General Manager in a buzzing, high-volume environment
• Youre a natural coachnurturing, motivating, and celebrating your team every day
• You lead with kindness, structure, and vision
• You have strong leadership and people management skills
• You know how to wow guests and turn great service into memorable moments
• You speak and understand English and fluent in Ja Tak (thats Danish for Yes, Thank you and our way of life).
• You have knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
