We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Our founders, including Paul Mller (Adjust) and Petter Made (SumUp), are eager to support outlier personalities to build 1B+ companies.

One of our fellows set a record for Europes largest preseed round by a firsttime founder, securing a 12M preseed investment.

Tasks

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as EdTech.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a customised programme.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Intensive coaching to make your startup ready for millioneuro funding.
• Iterate your product until reaching productmarketfit and support building a sales force or marketing engine.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to 100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
