In this position as Dutch Online Marketing Sales Agent (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

What you will do in this role

As an Sales Agent in our Social Media Sales Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• You identify sales opportunities and providing your businesses-contacts with the best solution for their business goals.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carrying out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitoring success.
• Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.
• Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluently in word and speech in Dutch (minimum C1) and have very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
• Would like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
• Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Can guarantee a Fulltime valid working visa for Germany - no student visa accepted.

Ideally you already have:

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and “go the extra mile” attitude.

Wat ga je doen?

In de rol van Sales Agent (m/v/d) binnen ons team ga je:

• Bestaande klanten (bureaus of adverteerders) benaderen via telefoon, chat en e-mail.
• Verkoopkansen identificeren en je zakelijke contacten de beste oplossing bieden.
• Marketingcampagnes analyseren namens je klanten.
• Digitale campagnes opzetten en het succes ervan nauwgezet monitoren.
• Campagnetrends herkennen en proactief inspelen op uitdagende ontwikkelingen.
• De klantervaring verbeteren door te stimuleren het maximale uit het product te halen.

Jouw profiel

Concentrix is de perfecte match voor jou als je:

• De Nederlandse taal vloeiend beheerst (minimaal C1) en een zeer goede kennis van het Engels hebt (minimaal B2).
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in Sales hebt – je hebt een commerciële mindset, bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over ondernemersgeest en overtuigingskracht.
• Een echte expert wilt worden in alle advertentie-oplossingen voor social media.
• Beschikt over sterke analytische, organisatorische en creatieve vaardigheden.
• Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale skills hebt en altijd klantgericht bent.
• In het bezit bent van een geldig fulltime werkvisum voor Duitsland (studentenvisa worden niet geaccepteerd).
