The Opportunity

Join as a key cofounder, owning Sales & Marketing and shaping our growth story. Youll work handson, build from the ground up, and take full responsibility for revenue generation and brand building alongside NEMIs CEO and CTO. This is an equityonly position for someone committed to sharing ownership, risk, and reward.

Your Role

• Lead and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies for a B2B SaaS product.
• Build and manage sales funnels, drive partnerships, and close enterprise deals.
• Develop and scale marketing campaigns (digital, content, and events).
• Own NEMIs brand positioning and outbound communications.
• Collaborate on company strategy, fundraising, and leadership decisions.

Who Should Apply

• Handson experience in sales/marketing, ideally in a B2B setting.
• Previous role at toptier consultancy or fastgrowing startup is highly valued.
• Track record building something from scratch and driving growth.
• Skilled in both strategy and execution: comfortable with direct outreach, pitching, and managing campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ready for an equityonly role and the chance to build and own your own business.
• Fluency in both German and English is a must.
• On site in Munich at least 50% of the time.
