Chief Science Officer

Our client is an innovative speciality pharmaceutical company in the Munich metropolitan area with development and products in the field of valueadded medicine. We are looking for a Chief Science Officer (f/m/x) to expand the management team.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for product development across the entire life cycle from product concept to preclinical/clinical development to approval and lifecycle management
• Structuring and expansion of the R&D department with the aim of increasing the number of R&D development projects
• Further development of current technology and identification and evaluation of new technologies
• Establishment and further development of a strategically relevant IP portfolio

Qualifications

• University degree with a doctorate in medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences or similar qualification
• Many years of leadership and management experience in the development of biosimilars or drugdevice products for international markets (EU, USA)
• Indepth knowledge of process development and CMC topics
• Sound German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
