With strong funding, rapid year-on-year growth (4x in the past year), and an established enterprise customer base, were now ready to build a world-class Product function that will power our next phase of scale from 1 to 10x and beyond.

The Role : CPO

Were looking for an experienced CPO or Senior Product Leader to build and lead our Product organization from the ground up.

This is our first senior product leadership hire and the person who will define how Product from structure and process to strategy and culture.

While the title is CPO were looking for a handson builder who thrives in earlystage environments and scales teams, not just processes.

What Youll Do

• Build and scale the Product organization from 2.5 PMs today to 610+ within the next year.
• Establish a product factory mindset : implement scalable systems, processes, and rituals that drive clarity and speed.
• Lead Product Management and Product Design (UX / UI) .
• Drive strategy and execution across multiple B2B enterprise sub-products .
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Design to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Be both strategic and handson willing to get into the details while building for scale.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow worldclass Product talent.
• Represent Product externally when needed (clientfacing and stagespeaking opportunities).

What Youll Bring

MustHaves

• Proven B2B Enterprise Product experience
• Demonstrated success scaling Product teams (from 2 to 10+ PMs).
• Experience managing multiproduct portfolios , not just single features.
• Handson leadership style pragmatic, builder mentality.
• Strong ability to implement process, structure, and scalability .

NicetoHaves

• Experience in SaaS, or AIdriven platforms .
• English fluency required, German is a plus
• Experience scaling organizations from startup growth stage .

Location & Work Setup

• Based ideally in Berlin (5 days a week preferred) or Hybrid if located outside of Berlin
• Visa / relocation support available for exceptional candidates.
