The Opportunity

The incoming CFO will act as the key financial architect of the companys next phasesteering financial performance, driving profitability improvements across all regions, and leading the preparation for a successful exit.

This is not a passive reporting role. The mandate requires speed, courage, operational discipline and a proactive, executionfirst mindset .

In close partnership with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsor, the CFO will lead strategic finance, oversee international operations, optimise cash generation in a projectbusiness environment, and ensure the scalable professionalisation of all financial systems and processes.

Your Professional Background

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership, ideally as CFO or Director Finance in a global, midmarket or projectbusiness company.
• Strong experience in international environments (e.g. India, China, Middle East, US).
• Proven track record in projectbusiness cash management , financial steering, and performance improvement.
• Significant exposure to private equity , including value creation and exit preparation.
• Competence across business & financial control, FP&A, treasury, M&A, tax, and corporate finance.
• Experience in BI/reporting systems, data analytics, and building scalable finance infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and the demands of international financial governance. Experience in postmerger integration and turnaround situations is a major advantage.
