About the Founder

CoreAIVideo was founded by Nadeem Arif, who brings nearly 32 years of tech and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CEO of Outsourcing4work GmbH (Germany). Since 2007, Nadeem has been living with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)a debilitating illness that has left him 80% disabled and mostly bedridden.

Due to health reasons, Nadeem will step down as CEO and move into a strategic role. Were looking for a visionary leader who can carry forward the mission he started.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven record in executive leadership with a strong focus on sales, ideally in AI/SaaS or a similar tech domain.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
• Comfortable in engaging with investors and forging strategic partnerships that foster long-term business development.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Highly motivated to operate in a 100% remote, growth-centric environment.

The Collaboration & Financial Setup
