Weve completed our seed round and are now looking to complete our founding team ahead of launch.

Role Description

Youll be the commercial machine of a newly-funded, early-stage startup, taking Mirage from zero to scale.

• Growth & Revenue: Build the commercial engine from 0 to scale
• Drive adoption, distribution, and partnerships
• Narrative & Positioning: Craft the investor story and market category
• Make Mirage feel inevitable to the world
• Fundraising: Build the pipeline for Series A, B, and beyond
• Close rounds and maintain investor relationships
• Team & Operations: Recruit top talent across GTM + ops
• Put in place processes that align the team and unlock speed
• Bonus: Raised crypto VC funding, deep network across funds and founders, familiar with privacy tech, experience with regulated finance

Our Ideal Candidate

• Former founder or earlystage exec (C-level or VP)
• Led fundraising and closed meaningful capital
• Built and owned growth functions endtoend
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• Runs toward big challenges, not away from them
• Has already led funding rounds
• Has already taken care of entire growth departments
• Is comfortable in leading in uncertainty
• Isnt scared of big challenges
