Business Analyst (all genders) Toll Tribe

Your responsibilites:

• Analyze complex tolling and business processes, including integrations, ordering, provisioning, billing, and regulatory constraints
• Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder collaboration
• Map and maintain end-to-end business processes across customer, order, subscription, billing, and support lifecycles
• Create and manage BPMN models, covering current and target state processes
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and teams
• Facilitate alignment across business, product, architecture, and engineering, ensuring clear, actionable, and well-structured documentation

Your profile:

• Bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and technology environments, ideally within mobility, tolling, fintech, or similar domains, along with a relevant university degree
• Apply strong expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and stakeholder facilitation
• Leverage your understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows to support analysis and informed decision-making
• Demonstrate a structured, analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive clarity
• Work proactively with strong ownership, effectively navigating ambiguity while aligning diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in English and ideally in German; additional European languages are a plus
