What you will do

• Lead client projects and manage the commercial relationship, ensuring ontime delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive complex programs, leveraging ALAIKA best practices and technical competence.
• Advisory influence across the insurance ecosystem, building trusted advisor relationships.
• Identify new and expanded opportunities to grow the business.
• Thought leadership in adjacent topics, including fintech, ESG, CX/UX, and macroeconomic impacts on BFSI.
• Develop others, build a followership, and model firm values with a strong personal brand.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years as an insurance expert in a global tier1 consulting or insurance organization.
• Proven track record in insurance technology, innovation, and thought leadership.
• Global work experience across EMEA with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and teamleading skills.
• Published work, keynotes, and industry recognition.
