• Maintain and care for all fishing equipment, including boats, rods, and tackle.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
• Offer guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and local fishing regulations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Clean and prepare fish for guests upon request, following proper handling procedures.
• Estate Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep of boats, docks, and fishing-related areas within the estate.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Safety: Prioritize guest safety at all times, ensuring adherence to all boating and fishing regulations.
• Be familiar with and prepared to respond to emergency situations.
